Snatcher snatched my money

I'm so disappointed! I ordered gifts from Christmas which I happily received on time however due to no stock of 1 item, the team advised they would refund me.

Almost a month later and a million emails, there's no refund! I keep getting told that I hey will follow up with their accounts department which looks a generic email.

Essentially you guys are ******* because I get the feeling you aren't going to give me back my money.
