Snatcher snatched my money. 2 months is a long time.

I placed an order on the 29th April 2024, then I received 1 of the 2 orders that I had ordered 22 days later and an email that the 2nd item was out of stock and I rep**** that I would like a refund on the same day(22/05/2024). I've sent them a number of emails asking when will i get my money back. Saturday it will be a full 2 months since I've placed my order and I have nothing to show of it, not even my money. I want my money for the item and for the delivery since you charge delivery for each item ordered. PLEASE!
