Snatcher Snatched my Money
Order placed AND paid for, DAYS ago...NO ONE is responding to emails...NO ONE is communicating regarding my order....NO ONE is saying ANYTHING. Dealing with SNATCHER is the MOST frustrating thing on earth. Their service delivery....DOES NOT EXIST.

02 Jun 2022, 07:12Dear Snatcher.You sent my order immediately after I posted on Hellopeter, BUT you sent me damaged packages and what was inside the package was NOT what is advertised on the package itself.Your reason for delay in my order was because you didnt have stock of an item and I asked for a refund. You continue to ignore my emails, WE CANNOT GET THROUGH ON YOUR LANDLINE, I DEMAND my refund and for someone to explain to me why I paid for a DAMAGED product. You have blocked me from your social media pages even though I didnt get a chance to express my disappointment there as well. SNATCHER...You're not what you advertise to be.
