SNATCHER - snatch your money and don't pay refunds

DO NOT buy from them. Poor customer service poor communication and they do not pay refunds. I paid and ordered product only to be informed weeks later sorry I is no longer available, you can expect a refund within 7 business days that was more than a month ago. To date still no refund. Do not be fooled by clever marketing - they do not care about customers and are not a company I would ever buy from again.
