Snatcher slowly losing another regular customer

In the past I would have given you 5 Starts, I order regularly from you, and dont know why i even bother anymore, I never get a call or SmS or even a email to inform me that my order is ready for collection, and when i get there out of the blue, you looked surprised. REALLY get your customer service up to standard, hire people who would actually do the job properly
