Snatcher slow, no stock, no refund shopping

My order took weeks to be delivered. When I finally received it, half the items on my order were not sent, I had to enquire from them where these items were. The helpdesk was terrible. Eventually they figured out that they didn't have stock of the items. I asked for a refund, that was more than a month ago, still waiting for my refund.
