Snatcher shopping experience

I have order a couple of times from Snatcher and I was impressed with the first purchase. The overall waiting period is 10 working days, but packages does take longer to arrive and when it does some of th items are not included in the box. They do however refund you for the items that was not included in the box, but it also takes time. Their customer services always respond to my emails.
