Snatcher services needs to be reviewed-for goodness sake

I ordered a few things, including a smart watch. When I received it the watch had no battery inside .How do ship/sell something like that without the battery? Its absolutely useless without it. The worse thing is the time frame they took to deliver and now the thing have to go back again.
