SNATCHER SERVICE SUCKS

pathetic service, i have to always call to follow up on my order, 10 days is never enough for them. The lady who answers the phone sounds like she's always sleepy,tells you she'll investigate and call you back, 4 hours later I HAVE TO CALL BACK...only to be told 1 item is still missing, really, are you manufacturing the items???????
