Snatcher Service

I've made an order on the 08th of March 2024 on Snatcher ,I've checked the order on the 25th of March, it only showed that payment was received but that's it ,I've asked them to cancel the order because its taking too long, they asked for a 15% cancelation fee and I agreed just so I can get my money but till today I didn't get my money yet
