Snatcher **** - they do not honor returns promise/ order no #124245
Ordered a few products from their website recently and received product which was sub-standard and not like shown on their website ... I immediately went through the return process and have not heard back from them in almost a week. Also the options to return do not allow a refund - products I've purchased are not used and still in unopened boxes.

23 Nov 2021, 09:40Further to my complaint above; Snatcher have responded saying that I'm now liable for courier fees if they collect as well as a 15% handling fee deducted off my return - my first and last time dealing with a company like this ... rather stick to Takealot
