Snatcher ****

We ordered and paid immediately,we were told package will be delivered within 5-7 working days of payment, and all items are available.When we called a week later they said it's 5-10 working days and a waybill number will be sent and one item is on back order. When we called again they said 2 more items are on back order and everything else is there, when we called them a third time they said there are 3 more items on back order everything else is there. Do you really exist or is this a ****? No tracking number yet, no manager is available, no eta on any items.
