Snatcher *******

Order 240062 I ordered a backlit bluetooth keyboard from snatcher first week january 2023. It was delivered after long wait and it was not the correct model. It did not have the backlit function...snatcher after a week of emailing fetched the keyboard to exchanged it. Its now march and still no refund of my R460 nor the correct keyboard..email answer just keep saying they are waiting for correct keyboard. So i told them iam fedup. I need a refund. No response. So jt seems snatcher stole R460 from me. Very very disappointed customer.
