Snatcher review

Snatcher review My previous beef with Snatcher was with how they handled a quality problem. They hid behind AI (computer generated) replies instead of dealing with me and my problem. If I had been handled properly, instead of being avoided, I would have been a satisfied customer.

So, despite my previous reviews, I have continued to buy from Snatcher. 1.They have a fantastic array of product. 2.Their prices are very competitive. 3.Their delivery service is excellent. 4.The way they handle a problem after delivery sucks.

I have subsequently given Snatcher good reviews when I refer people to online suppliers.
