Snatcher Return Nightmare process

Do no purchase anything from Snatcher that might not be suitable. The return process is a nightmare if it even exists. My mom purchased goods that say one size fits all however it comes from China and defiantly won't fit all South African sizes. We have been battling for weeks to get the goods collected and a refund and no one at Snatcher replies to mails and or call back. As per their return policy you must also pay a 15% handling fee for a return and the courier. However they falsely advertised that the product will fit all sizes and it doesn't so why must one then pay the handling fee and courier.
