Snatcher rendering Poor Service to their Customers

I bought items from Snatcher on the 18th November 2023, Order number 334615 and some of the items were not delivered. I enquired and they told me that they apologise because they failed to let Me know that the items are out of stock and I will be refunded in 7days. I provided All the Banking information requested. The problem started immediately after that The Refund was never processed and when I query it they promise that I must wait for another 7days. To date I waited for almost 28days without refund. Now they ignore my communications. I regret buying from them, That was the bad service I ever received in a long time
