Snatcher refusing to process refund

for the past 2 months Snatcher has been given the run around with processing two of my refunds for products they couldn't meet delivery obligations on. Every time I follow up, I am given the same automated response saying sorry they have a high volume of refunds to process. which makes me wonder and question their product offering and service delivery. TAKING PAYMENTS IS EASY BUT WHEN THEY HAVE TO DELIVER OR PAYBAVK THEY ALWAYS HAVE STORIES. I asked that they compline both my refunds and make it a single voucher, so I can use to purchase other items from them because they are not eager to refund me, still no one is coming back to me. I WANT MY MONEY and would rather support businesses who acknowledge and respect my hard earned money.
