Snatcher refunds SUCK!!!

On the 7th of Apr 2024 I placed an order for 2 items on Snatcher, order #373964. On the 15th Apr I was informed via email that 1 of my items could not be supp****. I requested a refund and sent them my acc details as well as proof of banking acc on the 22 Apr. On the same day the agent I emailed confirmed receipt of my banking details and said that it was forwarded to their accounts department and that turn around time for refunds was 7 days. On the 2nd and 7th of May I sent emails to the agent concerning my refund as I had not received it yet. On the 10th May he only rep**** again that the matter had been escalated to their accounts department. It is almost another week after my last email to them and still no refund. I had contacted them twice via phone also and even then I was told that they would follow up, but also to no avail. This will definitely be my last purchase with Snatcher, they are quick to take one's money but VERY slow to return it, if it ever will be returned as it seems to me no one there has any interest in customer satisfaction.
