Snatcher- Refunding Issues

Don't buy from Snatcher. They sell things which they don't have. They only inform you of this a week later and when you ask for a refund they give you the run around. Customer Service is none existent. I bought something which they said they had but then conveniently didn't have on 12 November. I'm still waiting for my refund. Stay away
