Snatcher REFUND REQUEST- GOOD LUCK!!!

NO REFUND. Bought an item on the 14th of January 2024 and changed my mind, cancelled my order on the 15th of January 2024. I've received various correspondence from Kabelo Thulasizwe confirming that the cancellation has been received and confirmed my banking details and apparently forwarded to the finance department. Despite this they still deliver the item on the 2nd of February 2024. I notified Kabelo and enquired as to the further refund procedure and the return of the item. They are obviously attempting to frustrate one to rather keep the item. Still haven't received a response, despite several emails.
