Snatcher refund

On the 25th November 2023 Snatcher advertised Black Friday items on sale, I purchased 4 of 1 item, on the 5th Dec I have still not received any communication from snatcher regarding my delivery I then emailed them, I was then told they cannot fulfil the order due to product shortages, I requested the refund into my bank account, sent everything they needed, it is now the 11th Jan 2024 basically 7 weeks later and I have still not received my refund , I have been emailing almost daily and all the response I get is that my refund is being processed, I have purchased online at various online stores and refunds usually takes 3 -7 days this is really unacceptable
