Snatcher Refund.

I returned an item in February 2024. The return and refund was approved. After 6 months I do not have received my refund after many complaints that I logged. I will definitely not recommend anybody to purchase anything from Snatcher. They keep on saying there is a back log, which indicates to me that their products are suspiciously of poor quality Do not buy from them.
