Snatcher redeems itself

Snatcher has redeemed themselves. I previously gave them a 1-star rating as they didn't collect my defective item on 2 separate occasions, even though these dates were agreed upon.

Khairunisa Sheik advised that she was off sick, and nobody else at the office handled my complaint (it's apparently compony policy that one service advisor handles a case from beginning to end). She apologized for the hiccup and sorted everything out to my expectations, keeping me informed along the way. I not only received a working replacement item, but also the original item they replaced, which isnow fixed and in working condition.
