Snatcher purchases

HI - service was ok. Goods delivered within the 7 days stipulated period. ..... However both products ordered proved to be cheap plastic ******* and not what the blurb says. Before first use the one product broke and the second product is not effective at all. One product was a floor sweeper and the other was a laminate floor cleaner. I did not return it because it would just have added more money to be thrown away as the goods have to be returned in original packing and I had used both of them once. It was my first time buying from Snatcher and I will never buy from them again. It will be interesting to see if this comment is acknowledged or even followed up. I bet not!
