Snatcher products very misleading, false advertising and pictures, and delivery service needs to be sorted out ASAP !

Very disappointed at the false advertising. I bought a 1 × Port Converter Type C AD20. It is far from C-type, in fact it's MICRO USB, not C-type. Waste of money and time, and the delivery was a nightmare, I got messages from 3 different vendors regarding my delivery so I couldnt follow up on my delivery time, the tracking website also said "No shipment for the waybill was found", and this wasn't even Black Friday. Time to up your game Snatcher !!
