Snatcher products

i bought a couple of things including earbuds and Smar****ch, the watch has a QR quote which allows you to download the app for the watch to sync with the app, but the app does not pick up the watch and wont connect, the eabuds look like they were a return, you charge them as soon as you connect to the phone one of the earbud is flat, ive bought from them before i guess the only great thing to buy from them is non tech stuff as they are not up to par.
