Snatcher Poor Service Re Stock Updates, Customer Service, Refunds

On 21st April I submitted and paid for an order. On 1st June after chasing for an update in numerous emails, I was eventually advised that the order could not be fulfilled and was requested to provide banking details so that a refund could processed which would take 7 days. As at 26th June, the order has not been fulfilled nor has the refund been processed after 2 months of continuous chasing. I would never buy from them ever again. Life is just too short. Looking forward to welcoming Amazon! :)
