Snatcher poor service

Very unhappy with their service i bought a blue tooth speaker from them and it wont charge , and nobody is coming back to me on how to resolve the issue. As long as you buy from them all is good but when there is a problem with the item received they just ignore you and dont come back on the chat button. will advise people not to buy from them
