Snatcher poor service

Placed an order for 2 hanging chairs on the 22nd of November 2022. Waited and waited and nothing arrived. Emailed them to be told 7-10 working days. After 10 working days still nothing and was told they were waiting for stock and could not give an ETA. Requested a refund on 9 December 2022 and I have still not received my refund! They advised refunds took 7-10 working days and yet I am still waiting. Don’t order from this company.
