Snatcher poor service

Ordered 6 products on the 25th. Received email to say it takes 7 to 10 days deliver. On the 8th day email was sent to me telling me they do not have stock of two items. Gave me choice to except a different one,which I agreed to as long as I did not have to pay extra. Received second email saying I must wait another 7 to 10 days for delivery. They are advertising products, they do not have and they still take the money for it. Now I must wait another 7 to 10 days. Do not know whether I will receive my orders. They might come up with another reason for not delivering my items.
