Snatcher - poor service

I have ordered foldable storage crates and my payment went off my account on 09 May 2022. I did not receive an SMS or email and cannot trace my order. I informed Snatcher about this by mail. I was phoned and told they can track everything on their system and that I will be informed on a delivery date. Up to now (23 May 2022) I still have no information and my money went off my account. The service is pathetic to say the least. I just want my money back.
