Snatcher - poor service

Not sure why but recently, their customer services is failing dismally- my order was only given attention after I queried it after a week of no tracking communication from them and one of the items was not securely packaged when it arrived, as it should have been before it left the warehouse. Out of stock items still being advertised on their websites too- poor advertising management. Very sad & disappointing for one of SA's online vendors.
