Snatcher poor delivery and responses
Hi, I have previously purchased from the company, without issues. I now placed and paid for an order, and am still waiting One month , no delivery or even a message to say that it is expected on this date. I logged an enquiry and then a cancellation request , and received the same messages a week apart(clearly auto reponse) .
Please note that we are currently awaiting for the above mentioned item from our supplier before dispatching your order Please note that your order will be delivered within this week

07 Aug 2024, 12:36During that time, 2 weeks after the order was placed, I requested an item to be cancelled and removed off the order before it was even packed. The order is delivered today, 25 days later, and still including the item I asked to exclude. I bring this to their attention and they indicate that once it is packed, I am responsible, so they are not going to refund me
