Snatcher - Poor client service

I purchased a mini USB fruit blender from Snatcher and it didn't work. The return / exchange process is so tedious as I was required to log the exchange and then follow up on my request almost a week later.

Eventually I received a reply and they requested a video to be sent. I'm not even asking for a refund, just an exchange. Snatcher's client services cannot compete with the likes of Takelot, Zando and Superbalist!
