SNATCHER: PATHETIC SERVICE

ORDER NUMBER: 360621 from beginning of February 2024 for 2 items advertised on SNATCHER website, a camber adjustment tool plus a windscreen repair kit of which apparently they were out of stock for the wheel alignment tool I wanted to which I requested a similar one shown on their page. On requesting the second one they then told me the actual reason they cannot supply is not for out of stock but due to not finding a shipping company that can ship magnetic items. So, I asked for cancellation of order & a refund since the camber adjustment tool was more important for me. They went ahead to deliver only the windscreen repair kit, contacted them to collect and refund me as I had requested before delivery. SNATCHER collected before end February 2024 yet up to now my money is yet to be refunded. All I get on follow-ups is apologies & promises of escalation of my case to accounts department........HAYIBO! KHUZANI LOMHLOLA
