Snatcher pathetic service

Very very poor service from snatcher.

I had originally ordered 2 items from them, Which I had then paid for including shipping. Just before shipping they let me know they are out of stock on the 1 item can they give me an instore voucher, to which I rep**** yes, as there would have not been enough time to get another device before the person who it was for leaves the county.

So I got an instore voucher valued at R99.

I had then found something else to purchase as a birthday gift. I ordered it paid for it valued at R209 and used the store voucher, And had to paid for shipping again, as they didnt have stock the last time.

I had then recieved the item and it was faulty Battery only lasted not even 2 hours. Where the devices states talk time 8hours. Music 10 hours.

I had then reported the faulty device on the 29 Nov. I had received a reply on the 1 Dec. They had collected the device on the 3rd. And from then I heard nothing from them. 9 dec I sent an email asking what's the update on the device? 11 Dec I asked for a refund. 12 dec please may I have an update on what's happening. 13th Dec Judy O'Kelly had finally rep**** stating they will refund me 14 Dec I recieved the refund only of the amount after my instore voucher was used. Not even the full amount. Didnt recieve the shipping amount either.

How can you only pay the discounted amount. After I had paid for the instore voucher too.

This is absolutely pathetic from snatcher. Very very disappointing. Wont recommend Snatcher to anyone
