Snatcher pathetic

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Snatcher customer response and care is pathetic. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

BONGANI It has now been over 2 weeks. and I am still waiting for a refund.

I am highly irritated and very angry.

Just be courteous enough to let me know is going on.

You people (Snatcher) and the manner in which you deal with unhappy customers is the highly unprofessional.

I have now written over 12 emails in this regard and haven't had the courtesy of an acceptable response.
