Snatcher owes me money

I bought two items from them, after waiting for weeks I was told that the item requested is out of stock and they'll give me a full refund. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my money.I've sent multiple follow ups, and I still haven't received my money.

These people are ****** and I want my money!!!
