Snatcher order in CHINA- Delivery time is over a Month!!!

HELP!!!!! My order appears to be in CHINA and estimated delivery is 24 JUNE- 14 JULY!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked 2 different tracking sites and they both say China to South Africa. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE..I tried calling your number but that doesn't work anymore! My order was placed on the 24th May. This is ridiculous!!!!! Can I please have feedback ASAP.
