Snatcher Order

Pathetic customer service, they don't respond to emails, I received my order 2 weeks after my purchase I received an email on Saturday advising the courier will deliver on the 10 September, I tried tracking the order, it did not exist, I eventually got the delivery the Monday. The products I purchased where of cheap quality and nothing like what I expected them to be like
