Snatcher Order Delay

Order Number SNT63236 ordered 1st March 2021 when doing a follow up on my order I was told that they are still awaiting some stock from supplier. They say delivery is 7 to 10 working days from when goods is ordered? Not very happy with this. Today is 9th working day since goods was ordered and paid. Perhaps when goods is not in stock a person should not be able to order.
