Snatcher Order

I was happy with the my order. However, I was not happy with the initiative of the communication. First I ordered, then I used my coupon and it added successfully. I then selected Debit Order option, the system did not provide me with option to input my debit card details, so I proceeded to pressing proceed. The order continued and is now awaiting payment. There is no other way I can recapture my payment option, so I went again to reorder then everything was fine. But now my points are used on the order that I did not proceed with which is now a waste.
