Snatcher only wants to snatch your money

How useless inefficient and frustrating can a business be ! Snatcher is the WORST business to deal with. Not only do they send the incorrect item and take forever to fetch it, but yesterday they RETURNED the SAME article wrapped by me back to me! And No ONE replies to my messages! Snatcher needs to take responsibility for tier incompetence and REFUND me! This is ******* and inept!
