Snatcher online - worst experience ever
I purchased an item they advertized online and made payment. Only to be advised that they ni longer have the item. I am now struggling to get my money back and you cannot contact them telephonically. They only communicate via e-mail and respond thereto when they feel like it. Where us my money Snatcher Online......or did you snatch my money!!!!
