Snatcher online will snatch your money

Pathetic service. Ordered a set of couch covers, they only had stock of the 2 seater but did not inform me anything, only to send only that one. I returned it and it is now weeks and weeks that I'm still waiting for my refund even though I have nothing. It also takes their agents about a week to return an email.
