Disgusted by the poor Customer Care service. I bought items from them. Delivery to be 7 to 10 days. After not receiving my order, after 10 days, I checked my order which has now been cancelled. NO NOTIFICATION was sent to me bout this. Had to ask via email what the issue is to be told oh sorry, there is no stock so it was cancelled. I had to ask what bout the money I paid, as the Agent did not bother to suggest an alternative or refund. After struggling to get this sorted, I was told 7 working days for the refund. It has already been 8 working days and still no refund. Not sure if they can't count or trying to ***** peoples money. No one replies to an email.
