Snatcher Online terrible

Firstly I paid for an order in full, just to get notified 2weeks after that the product is not in stock... They said they will refund me in full with my delivery fee I mean they didn't even refund me back with half this is **** use are quick to take on orders and money but when you guys must refund customers then it's a massive problem yet use came to refund me back I full when use didn't... I am totally disgusted with this online thing
