Snatcher online store worst purchase and service.

Good day.

I've made an online purchase from Snatcher for Mirror Shoe Cabinet 3+2 Tier -G/W Grain on 13/03/2020 special price advertised for the day was R179. Then on 18/03/2020 I received an email from Judy O' Kelly " saying it was an error on their side and I will not get delivery for my purchase as it not R179 its R1749, I then emailed her the invoice SNR*** showing her what I was invoiced require my delivery. I even called Judy Kelly and she was ****ed off that I didn't send my banking details to get a refund as I didn't want a refund I wanted my delivery.

This is so unprofessional especially for the fact Snatcher is wrong and they don't want to accept an deliver. Snatcher need to teach their staff, when customers call in they shouldn't be rude. ***

Please can I have a response from management and not Judy O' Kelly when I will receive my order.
