Snatcher online smart shopping

You asked for it here it is. I've been waiting for my refund since December. First of all you guys could not get the Wi-Fi camera that I was ordering so I didn't get that item so you guys wanted to give me a credit. Not one phone call from any of your offices I have to keep chasing up on you guys but my refund 239 - something. I have since ordered again and I've never received this bad service from you guys and I have been a client for years. When I purchased my last order I saw that specific camel that I wanted was back there on your list I don't know how the communication is between you guys but what's happening in your office I have no idea stop I don't I'm not the person to complain I've never had a issue before but but this is appalling and bad customer service not one phone call? That's beyond me. I shouldn't have given any stars fro this matter, I'm sorry 🙏🏻
