Snatcher online shopping is a ****

<p>Very bad and **** online shopping. I something for for around R400 a week pass no communication I called to inquire I was told they just got the money, after I waited to delivery no delivery. I paid on 17 November. I requested a refund I was told I will get a refund after 48hours everything now nothing. When I call they don't answer my phone. Please be aware of this **** online shopping especially Snatcher online</p>
